The Pankhurst Trust (incorporating Manchester Women’s Aid) (PTMWA) is seeking a Finance Manager to provide leadership and manage and develop our finance and business function.

There is nowhere else like The Pankhurst – the birthplace of the Suffragette movement provides a direct link between the work of the radical women of the past and the activism and support services we run with women today. We have ambitious plans to restore and preserve our listed building, to transform our museum into a state-of-the-art visitor experience and to grow our specialist domestic abuse services so that women and their children can live safe and fulfilling lives free from violence.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Finance Manager with exceptional communication and planning skills as well as proven success in managing multiple budgets and functions. Reporting to PTMWA’s Business Manager, you will be responsible for finance and business functions and will support the Senior Management Team to deliver the organisation’s overall business strategy.

Duration:         Permanent 

Hours:              35 hours per week, flexible hours will be considered

Salary:             £30,000 per annum (based on 35 hours)
