Women’s groupwork programmes for domestic abuse survivors
Manchester Women’s Aid offer survivors of domestic violence and abuse groupwork support to rehabilitate alongside other survivors. We offer six different groups, some for women only and one where we work closely with children too.
Crèche is provided at some venues. Please note that groups do not run during school holidays.

For women who are living with an abusive partner, Freedom Programme explores the different behaviours of abusive men, the effects of domestic abuse on mothers and their children, and healthy and non-violent relationships
Group 3 - Living Life to the Full
This health and wellbeing course looks at behaviours, understanding our thoughts and feelings, controlling anxiety and relaxation techniques.
